Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Support Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for client issues — providing remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, printers, networks, VoIP phones, and business applications.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when needed.
Document all service tickets, resolutions, and communications within our PSA/RMM system.
Monitor client systems and respond to alerts proactively.
Assist with onboarding new clients and deploying new devices or software.
Maintain strong communication and professionalism with clients at all times.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of IT help desk or technical support experience (MSP experience preferred).
Strong understanding of Windows desktop and server environments.
Familiarity with Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tickets in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some on-site work required).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with RMM tools (e.g., Datto, Kaseya, N-able).
Knowledge of VoIP systems, is a plus.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a bonus.
