Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving brand awareness, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented professional with a passion for technology and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct product presentations and sales meetings to showcase MBIT Group’s solutions.
Work closely with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote MBIT Group’s services.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Create and optimize email marketing campaigns and digital ads.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the IT industry).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
